Central Pasco & Gulf Railroad Model This is a video I made of the Central Pasco & Gulf railroad model trains you can ride. It is open to the public every second Saturday of the month from 10:00 am. till 3:00 pm. For a small donation of a dollar you can ride this 8500 feet of track through the wilderness of Crewe’s Lake Park in Brooksville Florida in Pasco County. It is the largest model railroad I have ever seen. They also take reservations for birthday parties at the park which includes train rides. This is one of a kind and a must see and ride railroad.

About a year or so ago I stated in one of my video’s that I would do a how to video about installing DCC in to HO locomotives. Well finally an opportunity presented itself that allowed me to make a video on 1/24/13. Since I had to by a dual mode DCC decoder for my recently purchase Athearn RTR Amtrak P42 #108 I had a chance to make the video. This enables the modeler to chose a decoder brand of his or her choice for the model and its takes minutes to install them. Then I talk about installing decoders in non DCC ready engines, like Atheran blue boxes, older Bowser engines and a few others. These require [More]

You would expect that this model train layout is built in the USA. But it is not so. It’s made in Germany. This model railroad is built in H0 scale. On the layout there is an electrified railway line between New York and Philadelphia. In addition, a small town is presented. The railway layout is absolutely perfect and worth seeing because everywhere at the streets, at the cars, at the buildings and at the locomotives specialists and model builders have done a great and amazing job. All components have been completely altered. And, the scenery looks almost like reality. Please, enjoy watching this amazing model trains.
